If you're a Head Coach do you value your Assistant Coaches? Have you told them? Are they respected, deserving, reliable and a lot more? Their job is not about the money, it's about working with young people, trying to stay positive, and doing any task needed. Do you trust their decisions, their observations, their suggestions and their intuition? Have you told them you do?
