He specialized in enforcement, drug trafficking, and between stints in and out of jail served as a Government informant. Derek did not meet his father until his 16th Birthday, where he unknowingly served as his father\'s accomplice. At home, Derek had an abusive step-dad, and later, due to school not being for him Derek\'s mother unknowingly sent him to a Scientology boarding school. This was all before a Driver\'s License!
