Simply put, outsourcing is hiring someone else to do the work or help you with part of a client assignment, instead of doing all of it yourself. Outsourcing has become one of the main drivers of economic development. Countries like India and the Philippines have benefited from outsourcing. But can other countries in the Western Balkans do better to drive a more inclusive economic development?
