This episode provides a glimpse of my challenges having faced 4 eye surgeries, which reduced my perfect vision of 20/20 to 80 percent loss of vision. And, my vision deterioration was not over and stress and worry consumed me to the point that my blood pressure skyrocketed into the danger zone.\\xa0

I HAD to address my brain-screaming fear.\\xa0 I HAD to get control back before my blood pressure problems seeped over and created havoc in other parts of my body.

Of course, the thought of THAT only caused my blood pressure sore even higher.\\xa0

Meditation was an answer, but I had never, every been successful.\\xa0

I found an answer.
