And Arun hears from Polly Hanson-Grodsky, associate director of Project Place, a local organization that helps with job training for low-income and homeless residents, as well as the formerly incarcerated. He also speaks with a former client and intern at Project Place, Joli Sparkman Bayron, who was herself incarcerated.
