Creating content, finding inspiration and why you should take breaks from social media ft. Alyssa Belle Tang

Published: June 14, 2021, 1 p.m.

In this episode, I interviewed an incredible Alyssa. She is a fashion and lifestyle content creator based in Toronto and Vancouver. She is also a business student at Ryerson University, but loves using her social media as a platform for her creativity.

She was inspired to create her own YouTube channel because she wanted to share her passion for travel, food, and fashion with others. Alyssa’s goal is to continue improving her social media content, while prioritizing her mental and physical health. She believes in using social media positively, while understanding and sharing the downsides of living in a heavily digital world. In the future, Alyssa will continue posting aesthetically pleasing content, but she would also like to discuss insightful topics with her followers.

We talked about content creation, inspiration, putting yourself on social media, dealing with hate. Also discussed how to be confident on pictures, run for likes and followers, new Instagram update that helps your mental health, the importance of routine and so much more.
