Anheuser-Busch yesterday announced plans to cut hundreds of jobs at the beer maker. Frontline staff won't be impacted, so brewery and warehouse workers as well as field sales and drivers are safe.\\xa0

According to CNN, the company is laying off less than 2% of employees, primarily corporate staff, in an effort to "simplify" the organization. The company has some 19,000 employees in the U.S., so 2% works out to about 380 jobs.\\xa0
