If at first you don\u2019t succeed, keep trying and eventually too few voters will turn out and your boondoggle bill will pass. I am of course talking about the Post Falls School District\u2019s second attempt to pass the levy. They lost in March and are taking it right back to the May election\u2026no cause for trying to understand why the measure was defeated, just keep trying until success is achieved.
