Mr. Sativa reads a story from vice about a woman named Michelle Gray, who got her car impounded over cannabis, despite the fact that she was sober. Although we don\'t want people driving impaired, modern tests are not yet able to test for momentary cannabis impairment. And thus, it would be unjust to equate body levels of marijuana (which stay in the system for weeks and months) with current impairment. This is why regulating like alcohol has drawbacks, and can often lead to false positives.
