New Jersey is finally ready to soon bring an adult use bill to a full state congress vote. Officials have come to an agreement to tax cannabis by weight, so that tax income would be guaranteed as prices fall in the adult use market. Though this is a very imperfect no-homegrow bill for the Garden State (ironic, don\'t cha think, but there is a rhyme and reason to this as explained later in the episode) this marks some momentous progress for cannabis access in the state and social justice/expungement.
