This episode is an intro to my podcast and a little background on me, and my beginning to spartan racing! This is my first podcast ever so not perfect! I had to move my podcast over to Podcast.com because my other host site went down. revisiting this episode makes me not like it I was very nervous and had no clue. I promise it gets better.
