Coach Don Showalter is the USA Basketball Youth Division Director of Coach Development. He comes from an extensive background of coaching where he has used over 50 years of experience to help his athletes get better everyday. He's undefeated in international play and now participates in most of the recruiting for USA Basketball Juniors. He talks with us about some of his philosophies when it comes to coaching and how he'd help a team form its chemistry after being brought together from all over the country. He has coached a ton of players that eventually made it in the NBA and tells us about a comeback story with one guy that just signed a max deal a few years ago.
