Lately it feels just like a lot. From the moment we wake up, the news is overwhelming. I feel as though like there aren\\u2019t enough hours in the day to do everything that I want to, and as someone that\\u2019s super type A \\u2014 the uncertainty that surrounds planning and scheduling when we don\\u2019t know what\\u2019s going on in the world with ~coronavirus~ makes me feel the most on the edge. I feel as if no matter how many deep breaths I take, it isn\'t getting easier.

Relatable, yeah? Listen. Getting overwhelmed happens. A lot of things can cause this feeling:  What\'s happening in the world, relationship stress, a demanding job, big life changes, a lack of sleep \\u2014 the list goes on.
