Lately it feels just like a lot. From the moment we wake up, the news is overwhelming. I feel as though like there aren\u2019t enough hours in the day to do everything that I want to, and as someone that\u2019s super type A \u2014 the uncertainty that surrounds planning and scheduling when we don\u2019t know what\u2019s going on in the world with ~coronavirus~ makes me feel the most on the edge. I feel as if no matter how many deep breaths I take, it isn't getting easier.

Relatable, yeah? Listen. Getting overwhelmed happens. A lot of things can cause this feeling:  What's happening in the world, relationship stress, a demanding job, big life changes, a lack of sleep \u2014 the list goes on. But often, it\u2019s just a phase. The good news is that there are strategies that we can implement to make it not feel so debilitating. And by talking about it, well, that\u2019s the first step.
