There are a lot of different reasons we reach for food. For sustenance, sure. But oftentimes, it has a lot to do with what's happening in life. Specifically, what's happening with our emotions. I'm bringing in Stevie Lyn Smith today to talk about how to approach a more mindful approach with what we put into our bodies. We talk about why do we do it, how can we be more cognizant of it, when can it be a good thing (and yes, that\u2019s possible) and other ways to add some mindfulness into what we put into our bodies.
