It\'s the holidays, which means a whole lot of festivities (wahoo!). With festivities, come food, drink, and a shift in your typical routine. Listen, this stuff comes around once a year. And while you certainly don\'t need to go for a run or work out to "earn" a meal (I\'ll take seconds of apple pie, please), it\'s OK to admit that when you may have overindulged a little bit.
