Growing up in a family of NFL players, Ron Everline \\u2014 who goes by the nickname \'Boss\' \\u2014 dreamt of going pro himself. After trying his hardest and aiming for the end zone, he just didn\\u2019t make the cut. Instead of wallowing, Boss ran after other opportunities, breaking through new barriers. Soon, he was opening gyms in multiple cities, tackling exciting ventures, and making a name for himself as a top trainer.

These days, he\\u2019s traveling the globe (as safely as possible!) working out with top actors, athletes, and world leaders (including past and present clients like Kevin Hart, Ne-Yo, and Diddy)\\u2014 making a career out of doing what he loves. For episode 138, we talk about the difficult decisions that have gotten him to this point, and he also gushes about his newest chapter as a father.
