Jane Ellegaard is a Psychotherapist and trained nurse who lives in Ry just outside Aarhus on Jutland in Denmark.

\\n

Jane works with children and families in Skanderborg Municipality in Denmark with specialized tasks in an eating disorder and self-harm team. Jane is a former manager and consultant of the local branch of the Association of Eating Disorder and Self-Harm in Aarhus.

\\n

She is a trained psychotherapist and has established her own clinic where she helps clients with eating disorders and self-harm issues. In addition, Jane collaborates with several general practitioners throughout Denmark who refer patients to her. Soon she will publish her book "Sindets indbyggede sundhed - forst\\xe5 spiseforstyrrelser og selvskade p\\xe5 en ny m\\xe5de" (\\u201cThe mind\'s built-in health - understanding eating disorders and self-harm in a new way") in Danish. We hope that it will be translated into more languages.
