It has been a monumental week for women from all walks of life. After the Pentagon opened all combat jobs to women in 2016, the US army has just gained its first female Green Beret as she graduated the gruelling course this week and in the sporting world, the first female teams are entering the virtual Tour de France which enters into the 4th stage this morning, after the prestigious competition has only been open to male competitors for 100 years.
