Gun Buy Backs At Victory Church
Pastor Charlie Muller of Albany's Victory Church has been running a gun giveback program out of his location at the corner of Quail and Bradford streets lately, to conclude this Saturday, December 19 between 11 am and 2 pm. It's one of many community programs he's been running over the years.
