We all have insecurities, we all sometimes walk past a mirror and stare at ourselves or check ourselves out. The truth is we need to love ourselves and be comfortable in our own skin. Sometimes when we don\'t like what we see or pick at things that aren\'t really there. It\'s called "body dysmorphia." We\'re our toughest critic and think we\'re fat when in reality we\'re healthier than we think. Our mentality can drive us insane and to not love ourselves. The reality is anyone can have body dysmorphia, no matter how big or small you are. We really need to find a way to accept who we are and love ourselves for our flaws and all.
