Time Limit On Your Goals???

Published: April 19, 2020, 4:34 p.m.

I'm doing something new for this episode.

I've seen some videos (some a few years old and some more recent) discussing why setting Specific Measurable Accountable Realistic Time based(measured) goals are not efficient.

This episode focuses on the Time based aspect of SMART goals. I  explain the two primary arguments against setting an 'expiration date' on a goal.

I'm also going to detail my rebuttal to the two arguments. Finally, there's a bonus section not related to the 'time based' principle of SMART goals but that is extremely important.
