My original plan was to make this series on diabetes three parts.

However, part two (potential causes of diabetes) involved a lot research and editing.

In an effort to keep some consistency to the release of the episodes, I'm splitting part two into two 'acts'.

This is 'act 1' covering type 1 diabetes.

I do need to add a couple of disclaimers.

1. Don't consider any information in this episode as a substitute for professional medical advice. Taking responsibility for your health includes consulting with professionals before taking any actions that may cause serious harm.

2. The resources I used for this episode goes in depth over the potential causes of type 1 diabetes. My goal was to convey it in a manner that someone that's not privy to this knowledge would understand. Please don't hesitate to ask me any questions. Contact information is below.
