This is the introductory episode for a new series on popular ingredients in pre-workout supplements.

 

The ingredient we're covering in parts 1 and 2 is beta-alanine.

 

The popularity of pre-workout supplements warrants its own series.

 

The goal of which is to provide knowledge so we'll be a more informed consumer.
