Welcome to Season 3 of How to Rewrite Your Stars!! I am very excited to be here with you, the faithful listener, as well as the many amazing guests that I have come on the show!
Today we get to listen to me talking with Todd Hansen, who was one of the inspirations for me to focus on the stories of the guests I have on the show. Anybody can do anything, but where did they start out and why did they choose what they're doing? Todd would focus on the stories of complete strangers on his show The Story Trek I saw various episodes of growing up.
Today the tables got flipped on Todd, and I became the one asking him questions! It was quite the experience, maybe a bit surreal even, but how Todd started out was nowhere near being a TV anchor, and wow does he have an amazing story to share! I am extremely grateful that Todd agreed to be on the show, asking him was probably the most intimidating guest I've had so far because I only knew him from TV.
We also talk about the new show that Todd is working on that premiered about a month ago, You Got a Story, which is his effort to revitalize the wonderful experience that The Story Trek was for everyone involved and this time you can be involved!

Todd Hansen is a 16-time Emmy award-winning TV host and executive producer.
Todd created the TV show The Story Trek for BYUTV based on his Emmy Award Winning TV news segment Trippin’ with Todd.
Todd spent 12 years as a TV news anchor and reporter. He has also produced a nationally syndicated reality TV show, along with numerous commercials, tutorial videos, and documentaries.
Todd has worked as an anchor and reporter in Salt Lake City and Washington state and as a correspondent for the national news show The Race.
Todd and his stories have appeared on CNN, the Fox News Channel, CBS Evening News, and all major network affiliates.
In addition to speaking and coaching Todd runs a video production company and teaches online classes on Camera Confidence and How to Record Your Own Life Stories.
Todd lives in Utah with his wife Koreen. They have four daughters.
