Leticia is a Mindset Coach dedicated to helping women get their mind right so they can see the success and fulfillment they desire in their lives. Originally from Bermuda, Leticia currently lives in England with her husband and kids. Links below!

Leticia goes right into her story as we start out this episode. She starts when she was 7 and started to carry heavy emotional weights, through her teenage years and into the toxic relationship that she found herself in for years. Then she details out some of the terrible experiences that she had which ultimately led her to being asked a question that would change her life forever. Then I ask her about how she was able to change things around and what she did in order to make the change in her life towards being happier and more in control of her life. We also talk about the great life that she is living now that she has chosen into living a great life. Then I transition into sharing my 39th Vision Board success and we talk about celebrating the little things and life in general. We share some more golden nuggets and wrap this one up.

In this season I'm talking with my guests about their story and how they've been able to "rewrite their stars" in their own life. Then after they've shared their story we transition into talking about vision boards for a little bit and I share one of the successes that I've had. Again, why I'm sharing my successes with you is to show that you can do the same thing, to use a vision board yourself and that you can rewrite your stars in your own life.
