3.10 Understanding Your Kids with D.I.S.C. w/ Guest Karen Wagnon

Today I talk with Karen Wagnon, we start out with Karen's story of how at a business conference she had an epiphany that led to her understanding her children better and allowed her a base upon which to start building a better relationship with them. How does a business tool apply in the home? How can understanding someone's personality help you to build a better relationship with them? Karen and I discuss that and more.
We talk about her experience with her three different kids, and how it had been easy for her to deal with some of them and almost impossible with others. We also talk about how to have a family council where the children feel heard and the parents are still in charge.
How can you collaborate with your children on bedtimes and screen limits? How can listening to your kid get them to listen to you? Find out in this episode!
Be sure to listen to today's episode and check out Karen's website to connect with her and learn more about how she's helping parents connect with their kids.
Finally, remember, you can build great relationships with those around you, including your kids and/or parents!
