Welcome, this week's guest Gary Arndt!

In March 2007 Gary sold his house and has been traveling around the world ever since. Since he started traveling, he has probably done and seen more than he had in the rest of his life combined. He lived on the road, traveling non-stop for 9 years. In 2016 he finally “settled down” and got an apartment so that he had a base he could return to between trips. Today he's still traveling for about 3-5 months and visiting upwards of 20 different countries each year. Links below!

Gary starts this week by sharing how he got into travel and the first year of travel that he did. As we talk about travel in general, we also talk about the amazing things that you learn about the world and even about yourself when you travel and a couple of pointers for someone wanting to start traveling. We talk about how you learn a lot more by actually going to a place than by just reading about it. I share the 25th Vision Board Success that I've had and Gary brings up a couple of interesting points related to it. Experiencing the world is part of life and it's worth experiencing. You can also draw a metaphor between traveling to a physical place and traveling to a place within yourself to learn more about yourself; travel is awesome!

In this season I'm talking with my guests about their story and how they've been able to "rewrite their stars" in their own life. Then after they've shared their story we transition into talking about vision boards for a little bit and I share one of the successes that I've had. Again, why I'm sharing my successes with you is to show that you can do the same thing, to use a vision board yourself and that you can rewrite your stars in your own life.
