Neo is passionate about Vedic Meditation. He learned meditation 27 years ago as a teen and now teaches it in Australia. It has provided him with a sense of calm, steadiness, and determination that has seen him carve his own path, fearlessly working all over the world (Australia, France, UK, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands) and studying and conducting research in London and Oxford. Neo got so excited to talk with me when we recorded this episode that he didn't give me a chance to do an intro and start the conversation. We jump right in as Neo starts to talk about the mind and language and I share some comments as well. Then Neo shares some of his story of how when he was at University he met a guy that helped him to find Vedic Meditation and how that's helped him in his life. He goes over a lot about meditation and the benefits that come from practicing it daily and some of the science behind it. I also share the 17th Vision Board Success that I've had and add to the conversation with what I know about the mind and meditation.

In this season I'll be talking with my guests about their story and how they've been able to "rewrite their stars" in their own life. Then after they've shared their story we'll transition into talking about vision boards for a little bit and I'll ask what experience they've had with them and share one of the successes that I've had. Again, why I'm sharing my successes with you is to show that it is possible for you to do the same thing, to use a vision board yourself and that you can rewrite your stars in your own life.
