It was very interesting that the day Carla and I talked was one of the least happy days that I've had in a while; so we dive right into it! I detail out a little bit of how the day went and ask her what she would recommend to someone (including myself) who is in those shoes right now. Carla then details out some steps that she would recommend and we begin talking about elements of happiness, what it is, what it isn't and how to get more of it. I end up sharing my 41st Vision Board success and relate it back to the conversation. Carla and I both share more pointers on how to be happier more of the time and we wrap this one up.

In this season I'm talking with my guests about their story and how they've been able to "rewrite their stars" in their own life. Then after they've shared their story we transition into talking about vision boards for a little bit and I share one of the successes that I've had. Again, why I'm sharing my successes with you is to show that you can do the same thing, to use a vision board yourself and that you can rewrite your stars in your own life.
