Welcome, this week's guest Cris Greer!

Cris is a student of the world, finding her own path and helping others along the way. She has been using Meditation, Yoga, Crystal Healing, Reiki, and aromatherapy to light her way for almost 20 years. Her love of books has helped Cris form her beliefs and discover different modalities by taking what resonates with her from every book she reads. When Cris isn't cuddled up at home with her dog, a good book, and a glass of wine, she's often traipsing around foreign lands with her husband and son, exploring and learning from different cultures and beliefs systems. Cris recently started a podcast - Grounding Journey, The deeper conversations you've been seeking as a way to connect with other souls on a similar spiritual journey. 

Today Cris and I start out talking about her childhood and how it bears resemblance to my great-grandparent's story. We talk about one of the huge turning points in Cris's spiritual journey and how she's grown from it. Then we talk a lot about religion and spirituality from both of our perspectives, tying in this week's Vision Board success which was the 10th Vision Board success that I had. Cris and I enjoyed a very genuine conversation with each other and each of us gained new insights which you'll be sure to gain as well!

In this season I'll be talking with my guests about their story and how they've been able to "rewrite their stars" in their own life. Then after they've shared their story we'll transition into talking about vision boards for a little bit and I'll ask what experience they've had with them and share one of the successes that I've had. Again, why I'm sharing my successes with you is to show that it is possible for you to do the same thing, to use a vision board yourself and that you can rewrite your stars in your own life.
