I begin by asking Emmitt what it means to be an "outgoing introvert" and he explains that. Then we dive right into his story, where he shares the struggles that he went through, including nearly committing suicide and how he was able to come back from that dark place. Emmitt goes on to talk about how we take on false beliefs about ourselves and our identities and how that affected him and can affect the rest of us. Then we get talking about life and how we all have choices and what we do with those choices. I share my 52nd Vision Board success and we talk about goals and goal setting for a little bit, including how ideas are spiritual seeds that want to blossom into amazing realities. We finish up by talking about what it means to be a leader and how to be a leader to yourself and to those around you.

In this season I'm talking with my guests about their story and how they've been able to "rewrite their stars" in their own life. Then after they've shared their story we transition into talking about vision boards for a little bit and I share one of the successes that I've had. Again, why I'm sharing my successes with you is to show that you can do the same thing, to use a vision board yourself and that you can rewrite your stars in your own life.
