Victor jumps right in with me talking about what imposter syndrome is and how it affects people. We talk about some examples, from what I've experienced myself, to what he's experienced himself, to what others have, and how it's affected each of us. We also talk about how to work through it! Because there are solutions. Have you ever dealt with imposter syndrome? How have you been able to work through those feelings and know that you're good enough?
As we dive deeper we talk about how imposter syndrome is also called "Imposter Phenomenon" because it isn't something permanent.
