After years of drugs, alcohol, and special ed. Mr. Jay quit school in sixth grade ultimately living on the streets falling victim to abuse after abuse. After the second gun to his temple, Mr. Jay vowed to fix himself so he could help fix others. Links below!

Coach Jay goes into a little bit of his story growing up and we talk about how your pain can become your purpose, your mess become your message. We go all over the place when it comes to marriage and relationships in our conversation. We talk about how to proactively work on your marriage, a little bit on how to "affair-proof" your marriage, and how your relationship with yourself plays into your relationship with your spouse. We both share some stories and some examples, go deep on a few of the topics, and share many insights. I share my 51st Vision Board success right at the end and we wrap this one up.

In this season I'm talking with my guests about their story and how they've been able to "rewrite their stars" in their own life. Then after they've shared their story we transition into talking about vision boards for a little bit and I share one of the successes that I've had. Again, why I'm sharing my successes with you is to show that you can do the same thing, to use a vision board yourself and that you can rewrite your stars in your own life.
