Himanish Goel is a student at VCU graduating in August and has a personal interest of helping folks understand how spirituality and meditation can make a huge difference within their life. Links below!

Himanish begins by explaining how he was introduced to meditation and yoga and how it has helped him in his life. We talk about meditation and energy for a little bit and then transition to talking about leaving a legacy. Himanish shares 5 things that he would leave behind to tell those that would find it about him and who he was. I decide to jump in on the idea and come up with 5 things on the spot that I would leave behind to tell my story. As I'm sharing those 5 I also share my 35th Vision Board success. We talk for a while longer about meditation, legacies and some other cool topics! I ask what his recommended first steps would be to begin meditating regularly and Himanish shares some. We share a few more thoughts and wrap this one up.

In this season I'm talking with my guests about their story and how they've been able to "rewrite their stars" in their own life. Then after they've shared their story we transition into talking about vision boards for a little bit and I share one of the successes that I've had. Again, why I'm sharing my successes with you is to show that you can do the same thing, to use a vision board yourself and that you can rewrite your stars in your own life.
