Today I talk with Leah Hortin, we talk about how to have a healthy relationship with food instead of jumping on and off of the diet bandwagon, doing all the carb counting and all that stuff. What's the difference between a "see food" diet and a "me food diet"? What is intuitive eating? Leah and I talk about that.
We talk about her journey, how she grew up learning from her mom how to diet and have an unhealthy relationship with her body, and how that turned around for both of them down the line.
