She's a grief coach, speaker, and the author of Miracles in the Darkness: Building a Life After Loss. She hopes that her experiences can bring light and encouragement to others who are grieving. This week I talk with her about her story and how she learned how to heal from the grief that has hit her really hard multiple times in her life. We then transition the talk after her story to explaining some more about vision boards and I share the 2nd vision board success that I had. Be sure to listen to the end of the episode to hear that bit.

As far as this season goes, everything is different! Well, not quite, but enough is that it's time to explain it all again.

Starting with this episode I'll be having a guest on almost all future episodes this season. With that guest, I'll be talking with them about their story and how they've been able to "rewrite their stars" in their own life. Then after they've shared their story we'll transition into talking about vision boards for a little bit and I'll ask what experience they've had with them and share one of the successes that I've had. Again, why I'm sharing my successes with you is to show that it is possible for you to do the same thing, to use a vision board yourself and that you can rewrite your stars in your own life.

So again, welcome to Season 2!
