Mark Fincher is an expert on using the power of perception to improve outcomes through understanding relationships. He is a mentor and coach who looks to improve individual outcomes and group performance. It was awesome being able to have my dad on the show this week! Mark starts by sharing some of his experiences going through school as the "remedial kid" and how that affected his perceptions of himself and those around him growing up. He then shares about some of the key moments and people that helped to influence him to start realizing his greatness and capabilities. We then begin to talk about words and perceptions that can help us to grow and rewrite the stars in our lives. He covers his word for the year and what that means to him. I share the 22nd Vision Board Success that I've had and we wrap things up by making a couple more points about perceptions and being part of a family.

In this season I'm talking with my guests about their story and how they've been able to "rewrite their stars" in their own life. Then after they've shared their story we transition into talking about vision boards for a little bit and I share one of the successes that I've had. Again, why I'm sharing my successes with you is to show that you can do the same thing, to use a vision board yourself and that you can rewrite your stars in your own life.
