Yolanda and I begin this episode talking about her shift from being a hustle, hustle, hustle realtor to slowing down, taking more time with her family, and from there how she got into the coaching space. We then start talking a little bit about human design, and spirituality, we then talk in-depth about Ayahuasca as well as other spiritual ideas and things. How can you go from being in the hustle to slowing down and appreciating life more? What spiritual practices would be good for you to implement?
We talk about branching out of our comfort zone while staying within our safety zone and how that's different for different people. I also rehash a little bit from last week, talking about states of being and how to think differently about our lives. What's something outside of your comfort zone that's still within your safety zone? What parts of your life have you not liked until you saw them in a different light?
