Traci is the Founder and CEO of Design & Renew Career and Finance Coaching, the Break the Cycle Podcast, and the Design & Renew Tribe a membership community for those looking to break out of the cycles they find themselves in to have lasting change. Traci and I jump right to the meat of it, we start by having Traci share her story, from having 10 different credit cards (most of them maxed out) at one point and tons of student loan debt to being a successful business coach. Part of her journey was helping young college students figure out what they wanted to learn and where they wanted to go after college. As she was working with these students she found that most of them had no idea what they wanted to do, so she started to address it and grew from there. We address a couple of big issues that aren't usually covered, from how to manage your money to whether to go to college or not. I share my 32nd Vision Board success and we talk about how it relates to choosing what you want to do with your life in little steps.

In this season I'm talking with my guests about their story and how they've been able to "rewrite their stars" in their own life. Then after they've shared their story we transition into talking about vision boards for a little bit and I share one of the successes that I've had. Again, why I'm sharing my successes with you is to show that you can do the same thing, to use a vision board yourself and that you can rewrite your stars in your own life.
