I had the great opportunity this week of having my friends Nate and Heather Ogden on my show! I had an awesome and inspiring conversation with them that I'm excited for you to enjoy!!

Nate and Heather are the cofounders of a nonprofit called Chair The Hope. They take wheelchairs to underdeveloped countries and provide mobility and hope. They are parents to 4 kids that are growing up way too fast. Nate is a motivational speaker and president of Chair The Hope and Heather runs the travel coordination for the nonprofit and is the one that produces the crazy ideas! Links below!

In today's episode, I ask them to share their story, of how Nate became a quadriplegic and of how they decided to turn it into a better thing and to have the courage to be humble enough to make a difference. Then after they've shared their story we transition into talking about vision boards for a little bit and I share one of the successes that I've had. Again, why I'm sharing my successes with you is to show that you can do the same thing, to use a vision board yourself and that you can rewrite your stars in your own life.
