Today I talk with Celia Sugg, we talk about how to build a healthy relationship between your physical, mental and spiritual habits so that your mental health becomes happy instead of sad like it is for too many of us. What's the difference between experiencing anxiety and struggling with anxiety? How are fear and gratitude related? Celia and I talk about that.
We talk about her journey, how she grew up struggling with anxiety and how she was able to learn tools from the Bible to help her overcome that struggle and manage her anxiety.
