Hello everyone! Welcome to this episode where Erica takes the lead and talks about what an Emergency Number Professional (ENP) is and the steps made to become one. We also discuss briefly what NextGen 911 is which we might go into more detail if you all like in another episode Erica talks about our NENA/APCO episode which will actually be coming out in the next couple of months. We've bulk recorded a lot of episodes for you all in hopes to not have to take another break for a while and in doing so some episodes we record are coming out later than expected.
