Your Soul

Your Mind is your thoughts. How you think is based on life experiences, conditioning, and external influences.
Your Heart is your emotions. How you feel is created based on how you think about your experiences; how you felt when something happened, or anticipation of future ones.
Your Soul is who you are without any external influence or thoughts about your past or future.  It is your essence. It is your consciousness.
Mindfulness helps you become aware of your soul (who you truly are) and to step away from your automatic, habitual reactions to your experiences. 
Mindfulness helps us get better at seeing the difference between what is actually happening, and the stories we tell ourselves about what is happening.
