Your Breath

Morning Mantra: "The power to overcome anxiety starts with the breath." 
The breath is the link between the mind and the body. 
Notice your breath; 
when you are stressed it becomes shallow and quick, when you are calm, it is long and slow.
Whenever you are aware of your breath, you are in the moment, you are practicing mindfulness.
When you own your breath, nobody can steal your peace.
Use your breath as a tool to stay focused, calm and present. 
Let's all take a deep breath, and know that, in this moment (which is all we ever really have), you are safe, 
you are blessed, 
and you are loved.
