Why Fo I Judge?

I love this quote because we all know that no one is perfect, therefore, no one has the right to judge.
We are not here to judge each other anyway; we are here to lift each other.
When we criticize, condemn, blame, denounce or find fault, we lower our own vibration to one that does not attract what you need to be your best self.
If you find yourself wanting to judge, ask yourself, "what it is that is creating the need to feel better than them"?
"What is holding me back from compassion, understanding and love?"
Then, do the work to change that.
