Be Calm in the Storm

Morning Mantra: "Everything will be okay." You can't calm the storm so stop trying, what you can do is calm yourself.  Breathe and remember you've been in this place of discomfort before and you survived. You've been this stressed and scared before, and you know these feelings can't break you.  Just sit with them and eventually they will pass.  Maybe not right now, but they will.  And you will look back and wonder why you ever doubted your resilience.
