Be a Healer

Morning Mantra: "You cannot heal what you do not acknowledge."  Hurt does not just go away on its own; it needs to be spoken and heard.
There are too many people who instead of feeling hurt, are acting out their hurt; instead of acknowledging pain are inflicting pain on others.
Acknowledging pain and hurt is not a sign of weakness, it's a sign of strength.  
Denying bad feelings intensifies them.  Facing them allows good feelings to return.
It's through recognizing and acknowledging our emotions that we are able to learn to manage them.  When we ignore our feelings or do not validate someone else's, it festers and consumes us.
