Creativity In Motherhood

Perhaps forever, the creative mother - the artist, the creator, the entrepreneur - has struggled with staking her claim to time, energy and attention to her work. Instead of unapologetically deciding on how her day/week/life will look like, with her work at the centre of it, many creative moms (me included) try to find corners, cracks and crumbs for our work while we maintain the sanctity of everyone else\'s life, needs, desires and schedules. AHH!! I am really riled up in this episode. I hope that you find some "Yeehaw, I\'m not alone!" moments as well as some food for thought and perhaps an "a-ha" moment or two.
