HP Podcast – OHL and QMJHL Draft tidbits and some NHL Draft thoughts
A new podcast today and HockeyProspect.com's, Mark Edwards gives some info on the OHL and QMJHL Draft publications as well as some thoughts on a few players eligible for the NHL Draft. Mark gives some feedback and a few players that surprised him and other HP scouts when they saw where they were ranked on Bob McKenzie's 2021 NHL Draft rankings list released a few days after our own most recent list. Mark Edwards commented on enjoying seeing Bob McKenzie's rankings. "I've been lucky enough on more than one occasion to see Bob just prior to him releasing his list and being able to give him my initial reactions right on the spot. Those previous year's lists were all in January and like everything else, this season is different. Like many NHL scouts, I enjoy seeing Bob's list and how it may differ from our own when it comes to some prospects."
